Subject : One year Training Programme on "Government Accounting and Auditing" at NIFM,
Faridabad.
Sir,
It is informed that the officer(s) mentioned at Annexure 'A' has/have been nominated for One
year Training Programme on "Government Accounting and Auditing" to be conducted by NIFM/INGAF
for the year 2014-15 and is scheduled to be commenced w.e.f. 4.6.2014 (Annexure 'B').
It is, therefore requested that these officers may be relieved with the direction to report to
NIFM, Faridabad on 4.6.2014. The tentative fee for the entire programme is Rs.4.5 Lakhs per officer.
Out of which eight months training fee at NIEM would be Rs.2,50,000/- excluding tax which may please
be remitted to Director, NIFM by way of DD/Cheque in favour of Accounts Officer, NIFM, Faridabad at
the earliest and the remaining Rs.2,00,000/- to Director, INGAF by way of DD/Cheque in favour of
Accounts Officer, INGAF, New Delhi. The expenditure towards Pay and Allowances in respect of above
officer(s) during the training period will also be borne by their concerned Pr.CCAs/CCAs/CAs offices.
This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
